Returns are accepted within 30 days of any purchase if the product is deemed lost/damaged in transit or defective without fault of the buyer. Returns are not accepted beyond 30 days after the product is purchased, if the buyer damages the product, if the product is functional but doesn't work for something the buyer thought it would, or if the buyer simply doesn't want the product anymore. Please read the product description carefully and ask questions if necessary before making a purchase. Returned computers are not resold as offline computers.
Products typically ship out by ground transit two business days or less after orders are placed. Total delivery time depends on buyer location. If it appears that a product may not arrive within 30 days of the order date, please send an email to [email protected].
Currently, shipments are made to US addresses only.
Payments can be made using a debit card, credit card, or PayPal using the integrated PayPal express checkout interface. A PayPal account is not required to pay by debit card or credit card.
